My wife and I would like to thank you and your team. They built us a wonderful home. When we met for the first meeting you told us the cost is the cost. You also stated that your team will help control and watch the cost as well as making this an easy build for us. You were right. Your team had made this building of our new home a great experience from helping us with the style of home to all the small details which makes the home. Your home was our third home we built in our lifetime and your team did it right. We asked you in the first meeting that we wanted a turnkey home, meaning we do nothing but move in, and your team did just that. The other two homes we built were good yet there was always issues with over cost at the end. Not with this build. The quality of the finish work, and creative ideas is above all the rest. The finish work is what everyone sees when the home is completed, not to say that there is not allot of great work done behind the scenes to make the home great. Your team stood behind all issues with no discussion just fixed it and even with the pandemic your team never faltered. They built the home in 7 months after pouring the basement walls. We would again like to personally like to thank your team members that helped make this a great experience.
